Privacy policy.
Short version: I collect only what I need to ship your order and answer your questions — nothing more, and never for sale. The long version follows.
What I collect.
Order data. When you place an order, I collect your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone (for carrier handoffs), and the items in your order. Payment is processed by Stripe — I never see your card number.
Account data. If you make an account, I store your email and a hashed password. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
Skin notes. If you email me for routine advice and share what your skin is doing, I keep that note only to help you well. It's never shared, sold, or used for anything else.
Usage data. Standard server logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for 30 days, then purged. Analytics are kept light; I don't load Meta Pixel or invasive third-party tracking scripts.
What I don't do.
I don't sell your data. I don't share it with marketing partners. I don't track you across the web. And I don't email you anything you didn't ask for.
The newsletter.
If you subscribe, I store your email and the timestamp of your sign-up. You can unsubscribe from the footer of any note. I send a gentle skincare letter roughly twice a month — never daily.
Cookies.
I use first-party session cookies (your cart, your login) and a single anonymous analytics cookie that expires after a year. No third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights.
EU/UK/CA: you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Write me at hello@jillmarie.store and I'll respond within seven days.
