Shipping
Orders ship within one to two business days. I don't let them sit. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves the studio, so you're never left wondering.
I ship USPS within the US. Packaging is kept plastic-minimal and recyclable. Clean skincare shouldn't arrive wrapped in a landfill.
All sales are final
Every order is a final sale. I don't accept returns, issue refunds, or make exchanges for any reason, on any product, opened or unopened. That includes a shade that wasn't what you pictured and a formula that didn't suit your skin.
Once skincare has left the studio I can't verify how it's been stored or handled, so it can never go back into stock. Please order with that in mind.
Damaged, incorrect, or lost
The one thing I do fix is my own mistake. If your order arrives broken, it isn't what you ordered, or tracking shows it never turned up, email jillmarie@jmskin.com within seven days of delivery, or within seven days of the expected delivery date. I'll make it right. A quick photo helps me trace what went sideways.
