Shipping
Orders ship within one to two business days — I don't let them sit. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves the studio, so you're never left wondering.
We ship via USPS within the US and tracked international post elsewhere. Packaging is kept plastic-minimal and recyclable — clean skincare shouldn't arrive wrapped in a landfill.
Returns
You have thirty days from delivery to send anything back, and yes — that includes products you've opened and tried. Skincare is personal, and you genuinely can't know until you've lived with it on your own skin. US returns are free; your parcel ships with a prepaid label.
Refunds land on your original card within 3–5 business days of the return reaching the studio. International returns are at your cost, but I'll always help you make it as painless as possible.
Swaps
Reached for the oil when your skin really wanted the serum? Same window, same kindness. Write me at hello@jillmarie.store with your order number and what you'd rather have, and I'll send the swap out before the original makes its way back.
Damaged or wrong item
If anything arrives broken or it's not what you ordered, email hello@jillmarie.store within seven days and I'll make it right straight away. A quick photo helps me trace what went sideways.
