The agreement.
These terms govern your use of jillmarie.store and your purchases from it. By placing an order you confirm you're 18 or older and agree to be bound by them.
A note on skin.
Jill Marie products are cosmetic skincare, not medical treatment. They're made to care for healthy skin — they don't diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always patch-test a new product, and if you have a skin concern that needs a professional, please see a dermatologist. When in doubt, ask me first.
Pricing & availability.
Prices on the site are inclusive of applicable VAT for EU/UK orders and exclusive of sales tax for US orders (added at checkout). Because the line is small and made in limited batches, a product can occasionally sell out; sold-out items return once they're back in stock.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, fraud, or supply issue. If I cancel after you've paid, your refund lands within 3–5 business days.

Intellectual property.
All site content — photography, illustrations, the Jill Marie wordmark, and the typefaces licensed for use — belongs to Jill Marie Intuitive Skincare or its licensors. Personal browsing is welcome; reproduction or commercial use requires written permission.
Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by law, Jill Marie's liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected order. I'm not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
